That proximity matters at the sharp end of a show schedule: artwork revisions can go to print the same day, a damaged panel can be re-fabricated overnight, and there is no freight margin built into your price. It is the shortest possible line between a design and a finished stand on the floor.

How much does an exhibition stand cost in Sydney?
Our BeMatrix stands start at $2,800 ex GST for a 2×2m kiosk and $4,900 for a 3×3m inline, running to $18,700 for 9×6m islands. Custom builds are quoted to brief. Every stand price includes design, fabrication and installation, with furniture configured à la carte — use the configurator for an instant estimate.
Which Sydney venues do you install at?
All of them. ICC Sydney and Sydney Showground are our most frequent, and we also build at Hordern Pavilion, Royal Randwick, hotels and pop-up retail sites across NSW.
How far ahead should I book a Sydney stand?
Six to eight weeks before bump-in is comfortable for a packaged stand; custom builds benefit from ten to twelve. Tighter timelines are often workable because fabrication is local — ask before you rule a show out.
Do you handle ICC Sydney bump-in and venue paperwork?
Yes. We book the dock, complete venue inductions, manage the bump-in and bump-out schedule and remove the stand after the show. You arrive to a finished stand.
Can you store and re-use my stand between Sydney shows?
Yes — BeMatrix frames are designed for exactly that. We catalogue and store your kit at Botany and redeploy it for your next show, which is where the modular model pays for itself.
