How much does an exhibition stand cost in Brisbane?
The same as everywhere we build: packages from $2,800 ex GST including design, fabrication and installation, with freight quoted transparently. Custom builds are quoted to brief.
Do you service regional Queensland shows?
Yes — Brisbane is the base, and we quote regional Queensland venues case by case. Modular freight makes regional shows far more viable than crated custom builds do.
Can you build tall feature elements at BCEC?
BCEC is one of the better venues in the country for height and load. We confirm the venue’s current rigging and height rules for your specific hall during design, then build to use every millimetre allowed.
How far out should I book a Brisbane show?
Six to eight weeks for packaged stands. Winter is Brisbane’s peak, so for June–September shows treat eight weeks as the floor rather than the target.
