Exhibition
stands.

Designed, fabricated, printed and installed by one team, Australia-wide. The finish of custom. The economics of modular.

Most exhibition stands are built once, shown for three days and thrown away — and the budget reflects it. DISPLAYD builds on the BeMatrix frame system: precision aluminium modules that assemble into walls, towers, counters and ceilings, carry any finish from seamless fabric graphics to timber and LED, then disassemble into storage for the next show.

The structure is never consumed, so your money goes where visitors actually look — design, lighting, print quality and the details that make a 3×3m space read like a brand environment instead of a booth.

The systemWhy BeMatrix

Only a handful of Australian builders work with BeMatrix, and we chose it deliberately. The frames are engineered to tolerances that make assembly fast and repeatable, which is what makes overnight bump-ins and interstate freight reliable rather than heroic. The aluminium is 100% recyclable and the components redeploy across unlimited shows — circular by engineering, not by claim.

For exhibitors, the practical consequences are the ones that matter: a stand that packs flat into known freight volumes, reconfigures between inline, corner and island positions as your floor bookings change, and costs dramatically less the second, third and tenth time it is used.

The processBrief to bump-out

01 — Design

Brief, concept and renders from our studio. You approve a design, not a description — what you sign off is what gets built.

02 — Build & print

Frames, graphics, joinery and furniture come together in our Botany workshop. Stands are test-assembled before they ever see a venue.

03 — Install & return

We book the dock, run the bump-in, hand over a finished stand, dismantle after close and store the kit for your next show.

PricingPublished, not whispered

No Australian competitor publishes exhibition stand pricing. We do — packages from $2,800 ex GST, installed, with a configurator that prices your exact footprint, stand type and upgrades in about sixty seconds. Quotes for custom work itemise design, fabrication, freight and install, so you can see where every dollar goes.

CoverageWhere we build

Six cities, every major venue, one point of contact — local crews coordinated by the project manager who handled your design.

FAQCommon questions

What does an exhibition stand cost in Australia?

Stands run from $2,800 ex GST for a 2×2m kiosk and $4,900 for a 3×3m inline up to $18,700 for a 9×6m island, with design, fabrication and installation included; furniture is configured à la carte on top. Custom builds are quoted to brief. We publish pricing because we think you should be able to budget a show before you talk to a salesperson.

What is a BeMatrix exhibition stand?

BeMatrix is a Belgian-engineered aluminium frame system: precision modules that bolt into walls, towers, counters and ceilings, skinned with printed graphics, timber, fabric or LED. It delivers the finish of a custom build from components that disassemble, store and redeploy — show after show.

Is a modular stand a compromise on design?

No — modular describes the structure, not the design. Lighting, finishes, feature walls and custom joinery elements all integrate with the frame. What modular removes is single-use construction: the cost and waste of building a stand that skips to landfill after three days.

Do you design the stand or do we need our own designer?

Design is part of every project. You bring the brand and the objectives; our studio designs the stand, produces renders for approval, and carries the approved design through fabrication to installation. Supplied artwork is also welcome — we prepress-check everything before print.

Can one stand work across different cities and floor positions?

That is the core argument for modular. A stored frame kit reconfigures between inline, corner and island positions and redeploys to any city we service. Most repeat exhibitors refresh graphics per show and amortise the structure over years.

Do you handle the venue logistics?

Yes — dock bookings, inductions, bump-in and bump-out scheduling, and dismantle. Your team arrives to a finished stand and walks away when the show closes.
