D — Drawings

Drawing
specifications.

Good drawings in, great stands out. To ensure the best possible outcome for your project, send drawings that meet the requirements below.

01 — DrawingsFile format

We work from architectural drawings, site plans, floor plans and electrical plans. Files should be 2D drawings — not a wireframe export. 3D files are welcome as a reference alongside the 2D plans if you have them.

02 — DimensionsScale & measurement

Drawings must carry a scale bar and dimensions. A plan without a scale bar can't be trusted at fabrication tolerances — we build to the millimetre, so the drawing has to speak in them.

03 — Site contextOther specs

Please indicate the venue height and the permitted build height, and show any adjacent marquees or structures next to your stand or exhibit. Clearly mark wall layouts, staircases, ramps, and all openings.

04 — Pre-flightBefore you send

  • Double-check the format — is the floor plan easy to read?
  • Check the scale bar and confirm dimensions are included.
  • Ensure the PDF is not flattened and is high resolution.
  • Save as PDF (print-ready).

QuestionsNot sure your files qualify?
