Hybrid
stands.
A modular core, a custom moment. Most of the impact of bespoke, a fraction of the spend.
A hybrid stand is the pragmatic middle of the range. The walls, towers and counters are a standardised BeMatrix modular core — fast to build, economical, endlessly reusable. Then we add the parts that earn the photograph: a bespoke feature wall, custom joinery, an integrated LED moment, a sculptural element drawn for your brand. You spend the custom budget only where it changes how the stand reads.
The rangePackage, hybrid, custom
It helps to see the three tiers side by side. A package is configured from set components and priced in about sixty seconds. A custom stand is drawn from a blank page. Hybrid is the bridge: a repeatable structure under bespoke detail, so you fund the moment without funding a whole new build every show.
Modular core
BeMatrix walls, towers and counters — engineered, recyclable, freightable, and reconfigurable between inline, corner and island positions.
Custom feature
A bespoke wall, joinery piece, LED or sculptural element designed and fabricated in-house to give the stand its signature.
One workflow
Design, print, joinery and install are one team in one building, so the custom and the modular arrive as a single resolved stand.
PricingYou see what the feature adds
We publish modular pricing — packages from $2,800 ex GST, installed — and quote the bespoke elements on top, itemised. So a hybrid is never a mystery number: you can read exactly what the feature wall or the custom counter costs, and decide it on the merits. Price the modular base in the configurator, then bring us the moment you want to build.
CoverageWhere we build
Hybrid stands installed at every major Australian venue — local crews, one project manager, the studio that designed your feature on the line at bump-in.
FAQHybrid stand questions
What is a hybrid exhibition stand?
A stand that pairs a standardised modular core with custom feature elements — a reusable BeMatrix frame for the walls, towers and counters, then bespoke joinery, a feature wall, integrated LED or a sculptural element where the brand needs a moment. You get most of the impact of a full custom build for a meaningful slice of the cost.
How is hybrid different from custom or a package?
Think of it as the middle tier. A package is configured from set components and priced instantly. Custom is drawn from scratch. Hybrid sits between: the repeatable structure is modular and economical, while the parts visitors photograph are custom-made. It is the rational choice for exhibitors who want a signature element without funding a fully bespoke build every show.
What does a hybrid stand cost?
Less than full custom, more than a bare package — it depends on how much of the stand is bespoke. Our modular packages start at $2,800 ex GST and custom islands from $18,700; a hybrid is quoted between, itemised so you can see exactly what the custom elements add. Price the modular base in the configurator, then talk to us about the feature.
Can the custom elements be reused?
Usually, yes. The modular core always redeploys. Feature elements are built to travel and store where the design allows, and where a piece is genuinely single-campaign we tell you up front so it is a decision, not a surprise. Most clients keep the frame for years and refresh the feature when the campaign changes.
Do you design the feature elements?
Yes — design is part of every hybrid project. Our studio concepts the bespoke elements, renders them on the modular base for approval, and fabricates everything in one workshop so the custom joinery and the frame arrive as one resolved stand, not two systems bolted together on site.
